Maurice Jones-Drew Video: Watch MJD Mock Browns with LeBron James Impersonation

Maurice Jones-Drew did not endear himself to the Cleveland fans by mocking their former basketball savior after scoring a touchdown against the Browns today.

MJD decided to celebrate his score by imitating LeBron James’ once-beloved powder toss that he did before every game as a Cleveland Cavalier.

Obviously, this enraged a fan base that is still attempting to heal from being stabbed in the back by the biggest basketball superstar since Michael Jordan.

LeBron’s defection to the Miami Heat during a nationally televised special is one of the all-time lows for Cleveland fans and they are a group of people who have experienced some of the most tragic moments in professional sports.

Jones-Drew added some salt to the wound after he bowled his way in to pay dirt from six yards out on a second-and-one early in the second quarter. His score put the Jaguars up on the Browns and still remains the only score in the game as of me writing this.

Now are the Cleveland fans going to respond by booing Jones-Drew every time he touches the ball?

I wouldn’t be surprised.

That’s what happens to LeBron when he returns to their city and they make sure he knows he made a mistake by leaving them.

While I don’t think the Jaguars RB will need extra security sent to the stadium, he is certainly going to be verbally berated in a vicious manner by fans the rest of the afternoon.

This city seriously hates LeBron and now hates MJD for reminding them of him after scoring a TD.
