Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Green hyper-extended his right knee in the first half of last Sunday's game against the Steelers, and he's a game-time decision at best for Week 11. It'd likely be a surprise if he played Sunday against the Ravens.
Julio Jones, Falcons
Jones is still battling a hamstring injury that has kept him out of practice all week. He's listed as questionable for Sunday's game with the Titans.
Ineffective
Darius Heyward-Bey, Raiders
Heyward-Bey got off to a promising start to 2011, but he's been glued to the bench for the past two weeks. In the little time that he has played during that stretch, Heyward-Bey had zero catches and zero fantasy points. He's in Hue Jackson's dog house, and he should stay on your fantasy bench.
Steve Johnson, Bills
The fall from grace of Ryan Fitzpatrick has really hurt Johnson's fantasy numbers of late, but this recent stretch is only an extension of what has been a tough season since Week 3 for Johnson. He caught a score in each of his first games of the season but hasn't cracked 10 fantasy points since.
Chad Ochocinco, Patriots
I'm sure everyone saw the 65 yards he posted against the Jets a week ago, and I'm also sure that there are a few who went and put Ochocinco back into their starting lineups for this week. I wouldn't advise that. Ochocinco has lost a step and there still isn't that chemistry there for him to put up consistent fantasy numbers.
Jon Baldwin, Chiefs
After busting onto the scene with 82 yards and a score against the Chargers three weeks ago, Baldwin has just two catches and no touchdowns since. Like most rookie receivers, he's going to be up-and-down. Now that Tyler Palko is set to start Monday night, counting on the "up" to show itself again is betting against the odds.
Johnny Knox, Bears
Knox has really been squeezed out of the Bears offense by Earl Bennett, who has emerged as Jay Cutler's No. 1 guy over the past few weeks. As the opportunities dwindle for Knox, so does his fantasy value.
