WWE Survivor Series 2011: Why Miz and R-Truth Must Beat The Rock and John Cena
The Rock made his triumphant return to Monday Night RAW in Boston and the fans were loving every minute of it. That electricity will only grow as the People's Champion returns to the ring at Survivor Series to team with John Cena against The Miz and R-Truth.
But this is one of those circumstances where the fans won't be going to go home happy. For the purpose of storyline advancement, The Miz and R-Truth should win the much ballyhooed tag team match.
Awesome Truth has been building a lot of momentum lately as the leaders of the dissenter movement. The pair knocked of CM Punk and Triple H at Vengeance and are two of the few heels that actually incite a big crowd reaction.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
If the WWE wants to continue down the chaotic path it's on now, there's no reason to let Rocky and Cena win.
After this match, The Rock will fade back into darkness for awhile while he continues to work on his movie career. He doesn't need to go over for fans to become interested in WrestleMania as the early ticket sales indicate.
As for Super Cena, he's already proven over the past month that he doesn't need a belt to remain atop the WWE, so winning a tag team match won't do anything to help his already superhuman character.
There's just nothing to gain, aside from the happiness of some little Jimmys, if the rivals win.
That's where the end of RAW comes into play. Rock took out Truth and then did the same to Miz (after Cena failed) before quickly exiting the ring and heading up the ramp. The captain of Team Bring It showed Cena that without him, the team can't succeed.
Look for that to come back into play on Sunday as The Miz and R-Truth find a way, albeit a dirty way, to pull out the win. It will also allow some added tension to build between Rock and Cena that should help carry the rivalry over the finish line.
Any other result wouldn't be smart business.
