Week 11 Waiver Wire: Sam Bradford and More Fantasy Saviors
The fantasy football season is starting to come to its exciting climax to the regular season. As we head to Week 11, now is not the time to miss on a waiver wire addition to your team. It’s why someone like a returning starter from an injury, like St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford, is someone that you have to pick up now.
Bradford missed out on a big part of this season when he injured his ankle. Now, his ankle is back to being 100 percent, and a lot of people gave up on him. With Bradford available in your league, he is now worth a spot on your roster.

Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
He now has a great receiver to throw to in Brandon Lloyd. With Lloyd, it gives Bradford his best receiver that he has ever had a chance to play with. They only have had one game to play with each other. However, in a game that featured one of the best passing defenses in the NFL in the Cleveland Browns, Bradford and Lloyd were able to connect for a touchdown.
Going forward in Bradford’s next four games, he plays all NFC West opponents. That means he plays the No. 19th passing defense in Seattle twice, the 24th ranked Arizona Cardinals and the 26th ranked San Francisco 49ers.
Those are four great matchups for Bradford to have big games of 250-300 passing yards with two or more touchdowns.
However, Bradford isn’t the only quarterback that you should pick up.
Carson Palmer is a person that you should pick up now. Yes, he struggled in his first game with the Raiders, throwing multiple interceptions. However, since that first game, he has had five touchdowns to four interceptions. Three of those four interceptions came in one game against the Denver Broncos.
Now, it seems as if Palmer has found his stride in this Raiders offense. His last game against the San Diego Chargers saw him have a big game with two touchdowns and 299 yards.
Palmer’s upcoming schedule has him playing against terrible pass defenses. He has the 30th-ranked Minnesota Vikings this week, the 29th-ranked Chicago Bears the following week and then the 25th-ranked Miami Dolphins three weeks later.
That’s three games against some of the worst passing defenses that the NFL can offer.
That’s two quarterbacks that you have to pick up, but I have one more for you.
The last quarterback you should pick up if Bradford and Palmer are not available is the Arizona Cardinals' John Skelton.
Yes, that John Skelton that, in his last two games, has had fantasy point totals of 16 and 27 points. That 27-point day was against the 11th-ranked passing defense in the Philadelphia Eagles.
Now, he gets to play in some favorable games games over the next three weeks, as he goes up against a 49ers team giving up on average, 255 yards per game this week. Then, he has a chance to shred another top-15 pass defense in the St. Louis Rams the following week while finishing off his three game tear against another NFC East defense in the Dallas Cowboys.
These three quarterbacks should be available in your league. If you have a quarterback going against a defense like Pittsburgh, Baltimore or the New York Jets, sit them and start one of these players.
