WWE Survivor Series 2011: Why Mick Foley Holds the Keys to PPV Success
It doesn't matter what persona he is using—Dude Love, Cactus Jack, Mankind or just good old Mick Foley, the WWE fans absolutely love Mick Foley.
While his bit on Monday’s Raw with John Cena was weak, it was the WWE that made it that way by not allowing Foley to be himself.
The company needs to let Foley play a big role in the outcome of the Rock and Cena tag match if they want to build that feud up over the next six months leading to their scheduled WrestleMania match.

Most Likely Backlash Heel/Face Turns 🎭
While both Cena and The Rock would be perfect candidates to turn on each other to become heels, there is no better option than leaving both men the way they are and allowing Foley to interfere.
If Foley costs The Rock and Cena the match and one of them attacks Mick, preferably The Rock, that would leave John Cena to make the save and remain a strong face.
Just like The Rock, no matter what he does in or out of the ring, the fans will always love him because he brings back the memories of the times that made us love wrestling.
You can’t help but look at Mick Foley and feel bad for all of the pain that he has to suffer through now and for what he will suffer through later in life.
Don’t forget folks, all that pain was for our pleasure.
The least the WWE can do is give him a legitimate part of a big match and do it in a way that doesn’t make one of the greatest personalities in the history of the sport look like an idiot.
