WWE Survivor Series 2011: Dolph Ziggler Will Shine over Randy Orton and Sheamus
There has been one superstar that has been stealing the spotlight on Monday Night Raw for the past couple of months. It has not been CM Punk, John Cena or even Zack Ryder. It’s been the man who’s responsible for making an muscle bound freak in Mason Ryan look good, Dolph Ziggler.
Dolph has caught fire over the last few months, as he has been able to cut his own interviews. His sharp wit and his ability to work in a new catchphrase has gotten him way over with the crowd.
His work on the microphone has just been one improvement for Ziggler. What he is being recognized for is his work rate in the ring. It’s surprising that, on a tag team with an All-American amateur wrestler in Jack Swagger, that Ziggler is the one known as the technician.

WWE Management isn’t the only one taking notice of what Ziggler has been doing as of late. Take a look at what former WWE Superstar Billy Gunn said about Ziggler.
"I think he's got great potential, and I think he's one of there best talents WWE has. A little bit longer and he will be a big star, I think he is extremely talented"
It is a shame that Christian, another talented superstar, suffered an ankle injury during their European tour. Christian would have brought a great work rate to his classic five-on-five elimination match at Survivor Series. However, the injury opened the door for Ziggler to participate in the match.
Why was Ziggler left off for so long? It could have been because they were setting up a United States title match between him and Ryder. Ryder has been working a Twitter campaign for people to sign an online petition to fight Zigger for the title.
Now, we get Ziggler as an addition to the team captained by Wade Barrett. Ziggler joins tag team partner Jack Swagger, Cody Rhodes and Huncio to go against Randy Orton’s team of Sheamus, Mason Ryan, Kofi Kingston and Sin Cara.
Ziggler was the last man on this team, and he may come away scoring the decisive pin fall for his squad. He will be the person that you and I remember the most from that match.
Let me try my best Ziggler promo impression here: He’s got the quickest wit, more spring in his step than Kofi, can make Ryan look like an actual good wrestler, more Lucha than Cara, can see right through Sheamus and a is bigger predator than Orton.
Hash tag heel.
