Brock Lesnar, Chael Sonnen and the 7 Biggest Class Clowns in the UFC
Over the past several years, the sport of mixed martial arts has quickly become one of the world's most popular sports.
In the UFC specifically, a major part of this growth is credited to the fighters who spend hours upon hours training in order to provide fans and viewers with the best possible entertainment.
But, it's not only these fighters' hard work and dedication that have turned many heads, but the personalities of these mixed martial artists.
Like any sport, mixed martial arts has its fair of annoying fighters, those who keep to themselves, and of course, the downright hilarious ones.
So, the following slides display the seven biggest class clowns in the UFC today.
Let's take a look.
Chris Leben
1 of 7Chris Leben brings a different type of twist to the sport of mixed martial arts, as he is a combination of crazy, weird and downright funny.
In fact, many UFC fans across the globe just find Leben hilarious just from the vibe he sends off and the way he goes about himself.
But, one of Leben's funniest moments came when he stated he enjoys to get punched in the face as it turns on a light switch in his head.
Hilarious.
Forrest Griffin
2 of 7Forrest Griffin is another fighter who sometimes says all the wrong things at all the wrong times.
But, Griffin still remains one of the funniest fighters in the UFC, as he earned that reputation coming up through the Ultimate Fighter Season 1.
While Griffin has displayed many hilarious moments throughout his career, few are funnier than his interview regarding Chris Leben when he broke down his door in the Ultimate Fighter house.
Brock Lesnar
3 of 7While may fans may find Brock Lesnar to be fairly annoying, he's quickly overcoming that stage in his career.
However, it wasn't until UFC 100 when Lesnar officially joined the select group of "class clowns."
In his post-fight interview, Lesnar not only bashed his own sponsor, but shared with the entire world that he would be getting on top of his wife later that night.
I don't care who you are, that's funny.
Chael Sonnen
4 of 7While it's hard to deny just how inappropriate Chael Sonnen is at times, it doesn't stop him from being one of the funniest fighters in the UFC today.
Sonnen hasn't been the slightest bit shy in calling out fellow fighters which includes arguably the greatest mixed marital artist of all-time in Anderson Silva.
But, Sonnen's finest moment came when he blurred the line between UFC and WWE. Sonnen called out Silva but upped the stakes for a loser leave town type of fight.
Sonnen's hilarious statements and actions go on and on...
Jason "Mayhem" Miller
5 of 7Jason "Mayhem" Miller may very well be the funniest fighter in mixed martial arts history.
And, for those of you who despise of Michael Bisping, you may consider Miller one of the funniest men on the planet.
In a recent interview with Miller, he stated that he believes Bisping is the most hated man in the world now that Osama Bin Laden is dead.
Roy Nelson
6 of 7If Roy "Big Country" Nelson doesn't come across as one of the funniest guys in mixed martial arts, then I don't know who will.
Everything about Nelson screams "class clown."
While Nelson's style and appearance certainly don't hurt, it was his most recent post-fight interview where Nelson pulled a Chael Sonnen and called out Cain Velasquez that has helped put him in this elite class.
Pat Barry
7 of 7While Pat Barry may come across as one of the meanest fighters in the UFC today, don't be fooled.
In fact, Barry is arguably the funniest heavyweight, as he's been seen doing hilarious things throughout the course of his career.
One of Barry's funniest moments came in a sing off where he sang "California Dreamin."
