Knowshon Moreno Injury: Updates on Broncos RB's Week 11 Status and Fantasy Value
Denver Broncos running back Knowshon Moreno was injured early in his game against the Kansas City Chiefs and did not return to action.
After carrying the ball four times for 52 yards in Denver’s new rushing-option attack, Moreno went down with a sprained right knee. He is, unfortunately, not expected to play in Week 11 against the New York Jets, and fantasy owners must account for this and most likely drop him.
Keep it tuned here throughout the week for the most recent updates on the status of Knowshon Moreno.

Update: Monday, Nov. 14 at 2:45 p.m. EST
The Denver Broncos just released a statement via their official Twitter feed.
They are going to make a move to get a new running back, because Knowshon most likely will be done for the season. There aren’t many games left, and the team still has a shot of making the playoffs. They would be wise to sign a veteran who can contribute right away, as Denver needs all the legs they can get in their new offense.
Stay tuned here for updates on who they sign and the health of Moreno throughout the week.
Update: Monday, Nov. 14 at 2:30 p.m. EST
Mike Klis of The Denver Post and Rotworld are reporting that Moreno’s injury is most likely a ligament sprain to either his PCL or MCL. He will undergo an MRI today to see how bad the damage is.
Willis McGahee should be back next week, but the depth will be thin behind him without Knowshon. Lance Ball is the only other serviceable running back on the roster.
