Vikings vs. Packers: Projecting Stats for Christian Ponder, Aaron Rodgers
All eyes are on Lambeau Field tonight to watch the undefeated, defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers led by Aaron Rodgers and his receiving corps face Adrian Peterson and the Minnesota Vikings.
In a Week 7 battle, the Packers out-dueled the Vikings 33-27 in Minnesota.
Can the Vikings pull of the colossal upset?

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Let's take a look at the stat predictions for both clubs quarterbacks.
Christian Ponder
In his first NFL start against the Packers in Week 7, Ponder went 13/32 for 219 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.
In his only game since then, a 24-21 win on the road against the Panthers, Ponder had a 102.7 quarterback rating after completing 18 of 28 passes for 236 yards with a touchdown.
The Vikings have had more than enough time to prepare a game plan for Ponder, who's facing the 31st-ranked pass defense in football.
The Packers secondary is opportunistic, but they certainly are susceptible to the big play.
With Adrian Peterson shouldering most of the load on offense, Ponder should have a respectable evening, although I envision a few second-half turnovers that will doom the Vikings in this one.
Projection: 20-of-33, 257 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT
Aaron Rodgers
Making Rodgers predictions have become rather easy. You can bet he'll have over a 110 quarterback rating. Done it in every game this year.
It's extremely likely that he'll find about six to eight different pass-catchers tonight.
In the first meeting with the Vikings, against a ravished secondary, he had six incompletions, three touchdowns and zero interceptions on 335 yards passing.
Expect more of the same tonight.
The Vikings allow 274 yards per game through the air, and to put it simply—there's no way to cover the Packers' myriad of receiving options.
Greg Jennings, Jordy Nelson, Jermichael Finley, Donald Driver, James Jones—the list goes on.
Huge night for Mr. Rodgers in a game I envision will be closer than many think.
Projection: 26-of-31, 345 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT
