NFL Power Rankings: Overrated Teams That Finally Proved To Be Frauds
With most of Week 10 in the books, a few teams really stood out to me as absolute pretenders and got exposed on Sunday.
While this small collection of teams was never elite in my mind, many people had them high up in their power rankings and felt they could be Super Bowl contenders.
Those same people are going to have to drop these scrub teams down now, as they simply proved once again that they aren’t legitimate.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Let’s take a look.
New York Giants
The Giants were the most overrated team in the league after beating the New England Patriots in Week 9.
Seriously, I wanted to throw up hearing about Eli Manning being an elite cornerback because Kyle Arrington was playing like he was paid to throw that game.
Now that the 49ers and their tough defense actually put up a fight against this Giants team, we see who they really are.
They are a bunch of cowards and fakes who can only step up against the worst defense in the league.
New York Jets
The Jets were threatening the Patriots stranglehold on the AFC East until last night.
Tom Brady, Bill Belichick and company put them in their place for the second time this season and swept the series.
New York had won three in a row against overrated teams like Buffalo, San Diego and Miami, but could not handle an offense like New England.
That game also showed how bad Mark Sanchez is, as he was not able to burn the awful Patriots secondary like even Eli Manning could.
Detroit Lions
What is going on with the Lions?
At one point the Lions were 5-0 and people were starting to whisper about them going undefeated.
Now they are 6-3 after their latest failure to the Chicago Bears.
Matt Stafford lost his mind and threw four interceptions, Calvin Johnson decided to fumble a ball and Devin Hester decided to destroy them on a punt return.
It was just an all around undressing of the Lions by the Bears and proved that the Lions still have a lot to learn.
