NFL Power Rankings: Most Frustrating Playoff Contenders
There are some NFL teams that you just want to grab and shake. Clearly, there's just no other way to get through to them that they're not doing what they're supposed to be doing.
Make no mistake about it, some NFL teams are just plain frustrating. Some are more mediocre than they should be, and some aren't as great as they could be. They're all in the same boat.
Personally, the four teams listed below frustrate me to no end. Buncha jerks, them.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
San Diego Chargers (No. 18)
When the Chargers lost in Week 7, I brushed it off. When they lost in Week 8, I figured it was no big deal. When they lost in Week 9, I swore they'd find a way to bounce back.
The Chargers didn't bounce back in Week 10. In fact, they let the Oakland Raiders come into their house and beat them like a drum. In the process, they forfeited their share of the AFC West lead.
The good news is that the Chargers have the goods to get it back, and their goods are still, um, good enough to win the division.
But that's not going to happen. For all their weapons, the Chargers seem indifferent to whether they win or lose. They merely show up and let the chips fall where they may.
Needless to say, that's not a good approach to take in this league.

New York Jets (No. 14)
By all rights, the Jets should have beaten the New England Patriots on Sunday night to grab the AFC East lead and run their win streak to four games in a row.
But in classic Jets fashion, the Jets disappointed. Their studly defense allowed the Pats to find their missing offense, and Mark Sanchez proved for the umpteenth time that he's not the kind of guy you want to trust to, you know, do stuff.
Luckily for the Jets, the rest of the AFC is weak enough for them to earn a wild card berth. Once they get into the playoffs, they'll look to make it as far as the AFC Championship Game for the third year in a row.
They may get that far, but something tells me they won't go any farther. This team is built to fall short.

Detroit Lions (No. 11)
Before the season started, I had this half-formed and half-assed idea that the Lions would be this year's Packers. They would be the team with all the weapons that managed to put it all together at the expense of the rest of the league.
It looked for a while there like this was actually going to come true. But suddenly, the Lions are losers of three out of four, and they looked totally over-matched in losing to the Chicago Bears on Sunday.
Should the Lions be better? I think so. They certainly have what it takes to win football games on a weekly basis. That they are not, tells me that they're just not ready yet.
And if you ask me, that's a damn shame.
"Sounds Ominous" Tweet:
Baltimore Ravens (No. 10)
Dude, why are you guys losing to the Tennessee Titans?
For that matter, why are you losing to the Jacksonville Jaguars?
Worse yet, why are you losing to the Seattle Seahawks?
Stop losing to teams you're better than!
