UFC 139 Fight Card: Extended Preview of Dan Henderson vs. Mauricio Rua

With the UFC's first event on Fox now in the rear view mirror, it is time to look ahead toward a new era of MMA. Ironically, though, the UFC's next event will feature a number of legends from years past.

This coming Saturday, former champions Mauricio Rua and Dan Henderson will meet at UFC 139 in San Jose, Calif. The light heavyweight bout could put the winner in position to contend for a title in the near future.

Taking place at the HP Pavilion, UFC 139 will also feature former Pride champion Wanderlei Silva and former WEC champions Urijah Faber and Brian Bowles. The event is a great one for long-time MMA fans, but it might not grab the interest of any new fans that the UFC gained from its debut on Fox.
