UFC on Fox 1 Results: Frankie Edgar Is in Some Serious Trouble

On Saturday night, Benson Henderson earned his shot at the UFC lightweight title.

In a definite fight of the year candidate, and early fight of the decade candidate, Ben Henderson earned a unanimous decision victory over Clay "The Carpenter" Guida.

Henderson displayed a staggering array of talents, as he was able to rock Guida early in the first round, stop a majority of Guida's takedowns, get back up quickly when he was taken down, attempt submissions, fight out of submissions, show impressive clinch work, and much more.

Not only is he one of the most well-rounded fighters in the UFC, but he has got the heart and cardio to go on forever.

Frankie Edgar is well noted for his outstanding cardio and quickness.

Benson Henderson can keep up. He can stop Edgar's takedowns. He can stand and strike with Edgar.

A message to Frankie Edgar.

Hide your kids, hide your wife, because Benson Henderson is coming for that lightweight belt.

Benson Henderson will square off against Frankie Edgar at UFC 144 in Japan for the UFC Lightweight Title.
