WWE Network News: Steve Austin and Mick Foley to Star in Their Own Shows?
The WWE recently sent out a survey to fans detailing 17 show concepts under consideration. Two of them would feature "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and Mick Foley as the stars.
According to PWTorch.com, here's the premise for the proposed show involving Austin:
""Stone Cold" Steve Austin and a beer expert visit a different local brewery, pub, or beer fest each week in a different U.S. city.

This sounds like a lot of fun. If "The Rattlesnake" isn't on a film set or hunting, he's drinking copious amounts of beer. It's right up his alley and, quite frankly, it would be interesting to see the Texan interact with people from different locales.
In addition, there's the possibility we may see an angry drunk or two attempt to "test" the former WWE champion. Best of all, we'll get a closer look at the man behind the legend, as pints of beer plus "Stone Cold" always equals candor.
Next, here's the description for a very different concept centered around "The Hardcore Legend" Mick Foley:
"Mick Foley tours U.S. adventure parks in search of the ultimate roller coaster ride.
"
For those of you who've read Foley's autobiographies, you'll know if there's any thrill the split-personality icon loves more than blood cascading down his face, it's theme parks. "Hardcore" doesn't just describe Foley's style of wrestling matches, it is an apropos adjective of his desire for coming one loop short from upchucking his lunch on a coaster ride.
I can imagine the footage now—Mrs. Foley's baby boy flashing his toothy grin while being jerked around; his missing ear blowing in the 70 MPH wind; finally, seeing him approve of the worthy rides with his signature thumbs up or casting his seal of opprobrium with the infamous "bang, bang."
And we would love him for it.
