Week 10 Fantasy Football Start Em Sit Em: Tim Tebow and QBs You Must Start

Nicholas GossNov 11, 2011

Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow is one of several quarterbacks who must be started on your fantasy football team in Week 10 of the NFL season.

Deciding who to start and who to sit is the most important decision you will make on your fantasy team each week.

Let's look at three quarterbacks you must start on Sunday.

1. Mark Sanchez

Mark Sanchez is an overrated quarterback but against the New England Patriots who are the worst ranked pass defense he is a smart start on your fantasy team.

The Patriots allow 314 passing yards per game, and have allowed a lot of yards to some average quarterbacks this season.

Sanchez has plenty of offensive weapons at his disposal, and with wide receiver Plaxico Burress starting to become a bigger part of the passing game, Sanchez will perform well on Sunday night.

2. Matt Moore

If I had told you Matt Moore of the Miami Dolphins would be a good quarterback start earlier this season you would have called me crazy, but Moore has played well the last few weeks, including 244 yards passing with three touchdowns and no interceptions last week in a win against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Moore has good pass catching running backs, such as Reggie Bush, and has some quality receivers as well.

The Dolphins play the Washington Redskins this week, who have lost four straight games. The Redskins allow about 220 passing yards per game, and have struggled defensively during their current losing streak.

Start Moore this week because he has shown he can be a good quarterback in the red zone, and he has thrown just one interception in his last three games.

3. Tim Tebow

Tim Tebow is a decent NFL passer but his true fantasy value comes with his running ability. The rushing yards Tebow gains each week gives him a great chance to score 20 points for your team every week.

Tebow plays the Kansas City Chiefs this week and they allow about 250 passing yards and 120 rushing yards per game.

The Broncos and Tebow will put up a lot of offense this week, and statistically speaking, Sunday's game against the Chiefs could be Tebow's finest performance of the season.
