Eagles' Playoff Hopes Grow

Wow.

That is what many people are saying about the Philadelphia Eagles as they kept playoff hopes alive with their third straight win. The Eagles' playoff chances grew as they defeated the Cleveland Browns 30-10 last night.

The Eagles, now 8-5-1, trail in the wild card race by only half a game. They are behind Tampa Bay, Dallas, and Atlanta. Let's look at the competitors. 

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Remaining Schedule: San Diego, 6-8, and the Oakland Raiders, 3-11.

Can the struggling Buccaneers defeat what appears to be an easy schedule?

Dallas Cowboys

Remaining Schedule: Baltimore Ravens, 9-5, and the Philadelphia Eagles, 8-5-1.

Eagles fans hope for some revenge against Dallas after their 41-37 loss in September.

Atlanta Falcons

Remaining Schedule: Minnesota Vikings, 9-5, and the St. Louis Rams, 2-12.

The Vikings are in a tight spot for the NFC North title, so they will do everything they can to win the game against the Falcons.

Philadelphia Eagles

Remaining Schedule: Washington Redskins, 7-7, and the Dallas Cowboys, 9-5.
