Do United Care For the World Club Cup Enough?
This is my second Manchester United article, one I promised in my last article.
In a funny way i'm really excited about the Club World Cup! How often do you get to see your team travel halfway across the globe to play a team you have never heard of before?
But can it be classed as a "major" tournament when all the other teams players are a bunch of no bodies who if they were any good would be playing in Europe anyway?

Star-Studded World Cup Ad 🤩
I think so. Okay so it's not the World Cup where continents are matched fairly, or even the Premiership where three or four teams can win every year. But what it does offer is a chance to show the globe that we are the kings of our patch no matter what our problems amount to this year.
For example, AC Milan have been living off their World Club Cup success for a whole year now. Tell me what they have done in the last year? It provides a bit of safety at a club. Let's say it's somewhere between the Champions League and the FA Cup. Third on the priority list for me. That is why i hope we give it our all! oh and please no 0-0's!
A lot of our players and staff have come out this week saying how much they want to win the Club World Cup. For example, Wayne Rooney said, "To say you are the World Club Champions and the best team in the world would be fantastic."
Solskjaer, who of course is our reserve coach, said:
"It's the best teams in the world and now after I have retired I realise that we didn't really take the tournament in Brazil that seriously."
Will we live up to these statements of commitment? Let's hope so as at the end of a day a world title is a world title and I for one will be extremely proud to win it.
That's assuming we get past the Asians first.
