NFL Week 10 Predictions: Projecting the Week's Most Disappointing Teams
There are two teams I think will turn in terribly disappointing performances in Week 10. Both squads have somehow backed into relatively decent records thanks to wins over opponents who were simply not up to par. And, this weekend, I think both teams will have their flaws exposed.
The Chicago Bears knocked off the Philadelphia Eagles Monday night with a 30-24 win that improved their record to 5-3. But, anyone who watched that game saw that the Bears got considerable help from the Eagles. Philadelphia has numerous chances to put the game away and simply failed to do so through mistakes, dropped passes and overthrown balls.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
In Week 10, the Bears welcome the 6-2 Detroit Lions to Soldier Field and I don't expect Chicago to escape with a win in this one. The Lions are coming off a bye following their Week 8 45-10 thrashing of the Denver Broncos.
The Lions just have too many weapons for the Bears to defend on offense, and Detroit's defense is allowing just 331.3 yards per game. Meanwhile, Chicago's defensive unit is allowing 374.3 yards per game, while the offense is gaining 341.8 yards per game.
Those number don't add up to a positive for the Bears, who I think will have their secondary and weak offensive line exposed by the Lions.
The San Diego Chargers did it again on Sunday, dropping a home game to the Green Bay Packers 45-38. Quarterback Philip Rivers threw three interceptions—two of which were returned for touchdowns—and the Chargers essentially handed a win to their opponents for the third week in a row.
San Diego has been listless this season and has shown no fire before, during or after games. For such a talented team, that is incredibly disappointing.
It doesn't matter who the Chargers face this week, they will be a disappointment.
They matchup with the Oakland Raiders on Thursday night and both teams are 4-4 and tied at the top of the AFC West. But, while the Chargers have moved the ball on offense very well between the 20s, they have been atrocious in the red zone—where it matters most.
San Diego also has a minus-eight turnover margin, which is horrendous. Until Rivers shows he can stop turning the ball over, don't expect San Diego to turn things around. The home crowd will open the game rocking against the rival Raiders on Thursday night, but I think they will be sent home disappointed.
