Twitter: Paterno's out by "week's end"!
Alex FergusonNov 8, 2011
We at the View From America are big Twitter readers, so imagine our shock when we read this:

Of course, at this time in the world's EVERYONE's got a reliable source and EVERYONE's got an opinion.
This source is no different - Opie Radio is one of the Opie & Anthony radio hosts on Sirius XM.
It seems that every sportswriter worth their salt (or not) is saying that Paterno should have morally done more for the kids - although legally even the Police Commissioner has said he was doing right.
For me, this makes me sad. I started rooting for Penn State because of Paterno. The first time I came to Beaver Stadium I made sure that I was there for the arrival of the buses so I could see Paterno, and I even stood and admired the statue.
For me, I want Paterno to go. But I'd rather he goes at the end of the season with a shred of dignity.
After all, he legally did what was right. And as much as every sportswriter on earth would like to think so, no-one's perfect, are they?
From a VERY reliable source! Joe Paterno will be stepping down as head football coach at Penn State by weeks end!
