"
As a big fight fan I can see how this six-hour roadblock is a wise move by HBO to do, as the results of the similar roadblock was used to promote and remind everyone to buy the Floyd Mayweather vs. Victor Ortiz HBO Pay Per View as well.
The only thing I would add would be replay of the actual first two Manny Pacquiao vs. Juan Manuel fights so that the fans are reminded just how great and close the first two matches were. First two fights are however available on HBO Demand.
It will be interesting to see what we see in the "Fight Day Now!" segment with Jim Lampley if they do this segment properly, by showing how excited and pumped everyone is at the MGM Grand then it will win over many more viewers to purchase the Pay Per View.
