2011 NFL Fantasy Football Week 10: Flex-Play Rankings / Projections

Eric Decker @ Chiefs – 

While Tim Tebow continues to have his ups and downs, Eric Decker has found the end zone each of the past two weeks and should be a respectable flex option in deeper leagues. The Broncos will continue to throw the football, as they will likely win games close or, as was the case against the Lions, they will be playing from way behind and need to throw the ball.

Don’t expect great numbers in any week, but Tebow still seems to be favoring Decker as one of his top targets, so he should be productive most weeks.

Marshawn Lynch vs Ravens –

While Marshawn Lynch had a nice game against the Cowboys, don’t be surprised if he lets you down this week against the Ravens. The Cowboys defense looked horrible on Sunday night against the Eagles after inside linebacker Sean Lee left the game with a broken wrist, and they failed to do much against the run without him last week.

Yes, the loss of one player can make a great impact, especially when his replacement is an old veteran (Keith Brooking) that is clearly past his prime and likely to be out of the league next year. The Ravens will be a different story for Lynch, but at least the veteran running back proved he’s looking healthy after he was a game-time scratch with a back injury a few weeks ago.
