Kevin Kolb Injury: Updates on Cardinals Star's Week 10 Status and Fantasy Value
The Arizona Cardinals gave up a lot to land quarterback Kevin Kolb this summer. Having him win one game in seven starts and get injured was not part of the plan.
But then again, nobody plans to fail.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
In a move that surprises no one, the Cardinals have announced that Kevin Kolb is out for today's game against the Eagles.
From Philadelphia Sports Reporter Jeff Skversky:
Considering that John Skelton is the backup, the Cardinals need Kolb to get back as soon as possible. Their offense has been sputtering all season, but at least with Kolb there was a chance of something good happening.
The Eagles defense, which has struggled all season, should have a field day in this game.

Things aren't looking good on the Kevin Kolb injury front. Cardinals reporter Darren Urban indicates that Kolb remains questionable to play on Sunday.
John Skelton was able to pick up the win last Sunday against the Rams, but going on the road against Philadelphia is going to be a completely different ball game. The Cardinals would love to have Kolb take on his former team, but his status is up in the air and seems bleak heading into this week.
UPDATE: Thursday, Nov. 10 at 12:32 p.m. EST by Michael Dixon
ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting via Twitter that Kolb is not expected to play on Sunday.
Kolb is battling a turf toe injury and his status for Week 10 against his former team, the Philadelphia Eagles, is still up in the air.
Reports out of Arizona maintain it is still too early to tell if he'll be able to take the field this week:
The Cardinals, more than anything, want to keep Kolb on the field in hope of seeing him progress. So far the Kolb era has been a rather disappointing turn of events.
One of last year's starters, John Skelton, has the same amount of wins as Kolb on the year.
If you were starting the former Eagle in fantasy then you might have bigger problems to worry about.
Kolb hasn't been a viable fantasy option since Week 2.
There are no byes in Week 10, so you should be able to find a more suitable starter than the Cardinals quarterback.
To make matters worse, or if you are in a real lurch, he's playing against his former team on the road this week.
Philadelphia fans will certainly not make life easy for their former starting quarterback if he is to take the field at all.
We'll update Kolb as more is known (likely Wednesday).
