Kedar Edwards Dunk Video: Watch High Schooler's Phenomenal Off-the-Glass Slam

High school shooting guard Kedar Edwards might not be receiving offers from power conference schools quite yet, but after his strong showing at the ScoutsFocus Elite Showcase in Orlando, he should start getting some more looks.

Edwards checks in at 6'3'', 185 pounds according to Rivals and has an offer from Dayton. He has also garnered interest from Cincinnati and Florida International, among others.

His most impressive play comes right at the beginning of the video, when he throws the ball off the glass and hammers it down, all while a defender hopelessly flails away. He proceeds to throw down several more highlight-reel dunks, including a windmill.

Edwards hails from Brooklyn and shows off a lot more than his high-flying ability.

He tosses up several pinpoint alley-oop passes, which are promptly put away by his talented teammates, and even illustrates a pretty smooth jump shot. At the 37-second mark, he pulls off a sick step-back jumper which would even make LeBron James proud.

Showcases like the one in Orlando are awesome opportunities for fringe prospects to get more recognition on a national level. Now that Edwards' video has gone viral, it will be interesting to see if any more teams come calling.

Even if he struggles on defense (those plays rarely make highlight films), his offensive approach seems like it could make him a solid bench contributor right away. Not to mention, he would make Midnight Madness a lot more interesting every year.

Right now, Edwards plays his high school ball for West Oaks Academy in Florida.
