Miles Austin Injury: Updates on Cowboys Star's Week 10 Status and Fantasy Value
The Dallas Cowboys have underperformed again this season, and Tony Romo’s seat will be getting hotter by the day with no help from Miles Austin.
The tall wide receiver is hurt again with a hamstring injury, and officials think this is much more serious then they initially believed.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
For all of the Dallas Cowboys fans holding out hope that this injury would be short lived, I thought you would have known Austin better than that by now.
According to FOX Sports Southwest:
"Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin will miss two-four weeks after re-aggravating his right hamstring injury in the first half Sunday, according to a league source. Austin said he felt something "grab" as he ran out of bounds following a 37-yard catch early in the second quarter.
"
At this point, it may be smart to cut ties with the wideout if you are desperate to get into the playoffs because he is having little to no affect on your final score for the next four-six weeks.
Fantasy Impact
The fantasy impact brings complete frustration for owners of Miles Austin, and as I say below, it’s time to go after Laurent Robinson. The speedy receiver will be No. 2 behind Dez Bryant and will be able to get open for Tony Romo.
Who's the Backup?
In both fantasy leagues and on the actual Dallas Cowboys, you should look to Laurent Robinson to fill the void left by Miles Austin. Of Course Dez Bryant will see a bigger workload, but Robinson will be getting the kind of coverage he can beat.
Devastation Scale (two out of 10)
The Dallas Cowboys weren’t going anywhere fast anyway, and with all the time the receiver had missed already there won’t be much of a difference in the game planning. Miles Austin is injury prone, and the Cowboys just can’t count on him.
