Miles Austin Injury: Update on Dallas Cowboys Star's Hamstring Injury
Miles Austin may have re-injured a hamstring that has been bothering him all season long.
According to Tim MacMahon of ESPN, there is a very real possibility that Austin aggravated the hammy that kept him sidelined for a few weeks earlier this season.
This hurts the Cowboys in the short term against the Seahawks, as well as their long-term playoff chances.

Austin is definitely done for the game and MacMahon will ask for an update with "Dr." Jerry Jones, who sometimes comments on the status of his team's players.
Update: Sunday, Nov 6 at 2:10 p.m. ET
Austin definitely re-injured his hamstring according to NFL.com's Michael Fabiano.
Fantasy Impact
Austin is a No. 1 receiver in most formats, but has had a quiet couple of games since coming back from injury in Week 6 against the Patriots.
He was on his way to a solid game against the Seahawks, already having two receptions for 53 yards before going to the sideline.
It will hurt owners if he has to miss more time with this hamstring injury.
Who's the Backup?
Dez Bryant would be the ideal candidate to replace Austin as the No. 1 receiver, and Laurent Robinson, Kevin Ogletree and Jesse Holley would all see increased snaps as well.
Devastation Scale
Depending on how bad this injury is, it could be anywhere from a two to a 10 on the devastation scale.
If Austin has to miss an extended period of time, it would certainly hurt the Cowboys quest to win the NFC East and return to the postseason.
Timeline for Return
The Cowboys do not expect Austin to return this game. This does not bode well for him playing next week either as this injury has been nagging him for a while now. It has kept him out before as well.
