Week 9 Fantasy Football Start Em Sit Em: Ahmad Bradshaw and More Smart Sits
An NFL fantasy football season can be absolutely ruined by an injury to a key player. More accurately, a season can be ruined by an owner who plays an injured player.
The best fantasy owners know how to manipulate and change their lineups even when they lose a star player. So, with that in mind, it's not necessarily the injury that matters, but the contingency plan.
If you've got an injured player in your lineup when it locks up, there is a good chance your going to be looking at a big goose-egg at the end of the weekend.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Some owners become scared and timid with players who are questionable though, so watching the injury reports is a must.
Here are a few questionable fantasy football options that you'd be smart to sit:
Ahmad Bradshaw, RB New York Giants
Bradshaw has been questionable all week, but ESPN has finally reported that he will be ruled out of this game. If you're holding out hope for him, now would be an excellent time to sit him down.
This is going to be at trap for many owners who will start him still thinking he was questionable, so don't fall into that category.
Mark Ingram, RB New Orleans Saints
Ingram is another running back who has been questionable, but now it's come out that he won't play. Once again, many owners are going to be checking up on that, and he seems like a good play in a very big game.
He is in fact a very bad play this weekend, because he won't be playing at all.
Plaxico Burress, WR New York Jets
I believe Plaxico is going to be a bad start against an extremely opportunistic Buffalo Bills defense at home. He's listed as questionable, which means he will most likely play.
The Bills are starting to develop quite a home-field advantage up in Buffalo, and I think they are going to cause Mark Sanchez fits. Even if he plays, Burress may not see a ton of balls.
