Seattle Seahawks vs. Dallas Cowboys: Spread Info, Line and Predictions
Coming off a lopsided loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the Dallas Cowboys will face off with a Seattle Seahawks team in search of a win itself after being embarrassed at home by the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Cowboys are looking to remain a contender in the NFC East and get back to .500, while the Seahawks are looking to land a second win over an NFC East squad. But all indications point to a blowout in the Cowboys' favor.
Where: Cowboys Stadium, Dallas, Texas.

Spread
Cowboys, -12 (according to bodog.com).
Taking the Cowboys as such a high favorite is tough, but in this case, I feel completely confident taking Dallas here.
Over/Under
44 (according to bodog.com).
With Dallas going to be scoring most of the points, I think the total will be just under the 44 listed. Take the under.
What's at Stake?
The Dallas Cowboys cannot afford another loss anytime soon, as the Eagles, Redskins and Cowboys are all sitting at 3-4 behind the leading New York Giants, who sit at 5-2.
The Cowboys must win their game, or they will be out of the playoff picture for now, barring any other upsets in Week 9.
The game doesn't mean much to the 2-5 Seahawks, as they are far behind the NFC West-leading San Francisco 49ers, who are sitting at 6-1; the Seahawks have no chance at making the playoffs this season.
Key Injuries
Dallas Cowboys: LB Sean Lee (wrist) is doubtful; RB Felix Jones (ankle) is questionable.
Seattle Seahawks: WRs Mike Williams (hamstring) and Sidney Rice (foot) are questionable; QB Tarvaris Jackson (pectoral) is probable.
Fantasy Start 'em, Sit 'em and Sleeper
Start 'em: RB DeMarco Murray, Dallas Cowboys.
With the emerging rookie star DeMarco Murray and the Dallas Cowboys going up against the 31st-ranked rushing defense in the NFL, expect the running back to have a huge game and rack up over 100 yards and at least one touchdown.
Sit 'em: QB Tarvaris Jackson, Seattle Seahawks.
Don't expect Tarvaris Jackson to do anything of value in his return from injury. He hasn't been all that great this year, and with his top-two receivers, Mike Williams and Sidney Rice, questionable for the game as well, it would be crazy to start Jackson this week.
Sleeper: RB Marshawn Lynch, Seattle Seahawks.
With the passing game expected to struggle against the Cowboys, look for Marshawn Lynch to be the sleeper this week.
He has scored a touchdown in each of the last three weeks, and he should rush for anywhere from 80 to 100 yards against a Cowboys team who showed they can be vulnerable to the run last week against the Philadelphia Eagles. He is a solid play this week.
Keys to a Dallas Cowboys Win
The Dallas Cowboys must attack the Seattle Seahawks right out of the gate and get them down early.
Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo must utilize his two big weapons in Dez Bryant and Miles Austin, as he only threw to them six times for 58 yards.
Romo opening up the defensive line will allow rookie DeMarco Murray to get his running game going; and they can attack the Seahawks from every direction, beating a team they should take care of.
Keys to a Seattle Seahawks Win
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Tarvaris Jackson must come out confident and make due out of what he has available to give the Seahawks any chance of winning.
Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch is poised for a big game, but if Jackson isn't there and is throwing interceptions and making bad decisions, then Lynch's efforts will go largely unnoticed.
The Seahawks defense is among the worst in the NFL, and they will have to play like they're not to keep the score anywhere near close.
Prediction
Dallas Cowboys 38, Seattle Seahawks 16.
