Let's break down the Week 9 games for NFL's best teams...
Green Bay Packers at San Diego Chargers
A few weeks ago, people were circling this game as the one that ends the Packers' pursuit of perfection.
Now it looks like Green Bay should move to 8-0 with relative ease.
You know what you're going to get from the Packers. Aaron Rodgers will be as sharp as ever coming off the bye week, distributing the ball to all his receivers.
With the Chargers, you don't know if you're getting a team that pushed the Patriots to the brink in Foxborough or a club that collapsed against the Jets and made too many mistakes against the Chiefs.
This game could be close in the first half, but Philip Rivers isn't playing at a high enough level to compete with Rodgers and Co.
San Francisco 49ers
If you're looking for a closely contested game on Sunday, this is not the game for you. The Redskins offense is JV-like and the 49ers have one of the most sound defenses in the league. Frank Gore will get his typical amount of carries and we saw what Fred Jackson did to Washington's defense last week in Toronto.
Alex Smith won't have a problem managing the game as the 49ers should win big in the nation's capital.
And to think, some people thought the Redskins were for real.
Well, injuries surely haven't helped.
