Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
After an embarrassing 34-7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 8, the Dallas Cowboys will be ready to get back on the winning side of things when they host the Seattle Seahawks in "Big D."
Look for Tony Romo and his trusty sidekicks Dez Bryant and Miles Austin to be a three-headed monster on Sunday, taking advantage of the Seahawks' 28th-ranked pass defense.
Also look for emerging star rookie running back DeMarco Murray to have a big game, as the Cowboys should give him more than the eight carries—which he racked up 74 yards on—he had against the Eagles.
Prediction: Dallas Cowboys 28, Seattle Seahawks 13
New England Patriots
The New England Patriots were handled by the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 8 25-17, and will look to get back to their winning ways against the injury-depleted New York Giants.
Look for the Patriots to come out with fire in their eyes, as a win over the Giants would make people forget about their loss to their fellow AFC heavyweight last week.
Brady should have a solid game in the air, throwing for around 300 yards and two touchdowns to be half of the Pats' success.
A dual combo of running backs will also help the Patriot's find a "W". Look for a now-healthy Kevin Faulk, who is returning against the Giants, and Steven Ridley to carry the running load against the 28th-ranked rush defense, as BenJarvus Green-Ellis is hampered with a toe injury.
The Pats' defense will hold Eli Manning to around 200 yards, and the Giants' running game will be slowed due to the foot injury to Ahmad Bradshaw.
Prediction: New England Patriots 31, New York Giants 20
New Orleans Saints
After what has to be the most shocking loss so far this year, the New Orleans Saints lost to a St. Louis Rams team that is among the NFL's worst teams due to countless injuries.
The Saints will bounce back mightily this week at home against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
New Orleans will be looking to make a statement that last week's loss was a fluke, and beating a solid team like Tampa Bay is just what they need.
Saints quarterback Drew Brees will have a huge game, throwing for around 350 yards and three big touchdowns, leading New Orleans back to the right side of the win-loss column.
Running back Darren Sproles will garner around 100 yards total offense and a touchdown, as Mark Ingram will miss his second straight game, giving Sproles an increased load.
The Saints defense should have a fair amount of success, as they are weaker on the rushing side, and Bucs star running back LaGarrette Blount is making a return after missing a few weeks due to a knee injury, but will not be a huge factor this week.
Prediction: New Orleans Saints 38, Tampa Bay Buccaneers 23
