It's the battle of New York.
The 4-3 New York Jets travel to Ralph Wilson Stadium to face the 5-2 Buffalo Bills. The Bills are coming off a 23-0 win over the Redskins, while the Jets had a bye week. Buffalo has been quite a surprising team this season, while the Jets are coming along in the season. I will tell you why the Jets should be wary of facing the Bills come Sunday.
Lets go to the slides.
The Bills Are Good... Really Good
After years of mediocrity, the Bills have turned the corner and have shocked the entire NFL with their consistent play.
The Jets are coming off their bye week and cannot afford to be playing lazy. But, I know Rex Ryan will not allow this because this is such an important game for the Jets. The Jets should be able to play well against the Bills, if they have a strong enough mentality to do so.
The Bills Are Good at Home and the Jets Are Horrible on the Road
In this matchup we've got one team that's undefeated at home and another team who is winless on the road. Something has got to give.
The Jets have been spectacular at Metlife Stadium, however they are a whole different team on the road. Traveling to Buffalo won't help much. The Bills average 25 points per game at home and the Jets defense allows 19.0 points on the road. The Jets must make sure they stop the offense.
Bills Want Revenage on the Jets
The Jets beat the Bills last season at Ralph Wilson Stadium. That game wasn't your average football game. The Jets just went in there and made it a one-sided game.
Look for the Bills to remember that and use it to influence their play.
Somehow the Jets Will Pull off a Win
Even though the Jets are horrible on the road this year, I expect them to pull out a win against the Bills.
