WWE Monday Night Raw: Team Sheamus vs. Team Christian at Survivor Series?
It looks like the WWE is building toward a huge traditional 5-on-5 match at this year’s Survivor Series.
On last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Smackdown stars Cody Rhodes and Wade Barrett defeated the WWE Tag Team Champions Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne in a non-title match.
Following the bout, Christian ran to the ring and attacked Air Boom, Barrett and Rhodes joined in on the beatdown, and then Sheamus ran out to the ring to help out the champs.

A sign of things to come, perhaps?
I initially thought that all these competitors would be involved in a big tag team match at Survivor Series, but with the shocking news that Bourne was suspended for violating the WWE Wellness Policy, he’s now out of the equation.
Still, it appears as if we’ll see some sort of team Team Sheamus vs. Team Christian at the pay-per-view, unless you want to call it Team Rhodes vs. Team Orton.
My guess is that the 5-on-5 match will look something like this:
"Sheamus, Orton, Kingston, Daniel Bryan and Zack Ryder vs. Christian, Rhodes, Barrett, Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger
"
Ummm, you can definitely count me in for this one.
That’s a star-studded match that features a ton of WWE’s young guns and could give them a huge opportunity to shine on a big stage like Survivor Series.
The only reason I’m slightly hesitant about this match is that it packs a lot of power into one bout, and if WWE officials want to put on two traditional 5-on-5 matches, then they won’t have much else to work with.
Maybe we’ll see these 10 competitors split amongst two matches, with someone like Ziggler captaining a team against Ryder.
Are you serious, bro? Damn right I am, and I’d definitely be a happy WWE fan if something like this went down.
