UFC 138 Fight Card: Predicting Who Will Win Fight, Submission, KO of the Night

This Saturday, the UFC will come to you from England, live—actually, on tape delay—and free on Spike TV!

UFC 138 will feature the first five-round non-title fight in UFC history, as Chris Leben will face off against Mark Munoz in a middleweight matchup.

The co-main event has Brad Pickett facing off against Renan Barao in a bantamweight matchup.

Also on the card are Thiago Alves facing Papy Abedi, Terry Etim facing Edward Faaloloto and Paul Taylor against Anthony Njokuani.

Submission of the Night: Terry Etim

Terry Etim will be facing off against Edward Faaloloto, and there is a clear experience difference between these two.

Etim has a professional record of 14-3, while Faaloloto is only 2-2.

Etim is a three-time Submission of the Night winner, and he will add a fourth to his résumé on Saturday.

Another fight where experience will play a huge factor is the Thiago Alves-Papy Abedi welterweight matchup.

Alves has a record of 18-8 with 11 (T)KO victories, and Abedi has an 8-0 record with five TKO victories.

This one could be a knockout either way, but I expect Alves to pull it out and get back to his winning ways.

Fight of the Night: Paul Taylor vs. Anthony Njokuani

People may be surprised with the pick here, but let me explain why.

I think Mark Munoz will take Chris Leben down and control him there—it will not be a stand-up brawl.

However, because that will not be a brawl, the Paul Taylor-Anthony Njokuani fight will earn Fight of the Night honors.

Both Taylor and Njokuani are kickboxers, and both are tall, lanky lightweights.

Taylor is a three-time Fight of the Night award winner, and Njokuani is a one-time Fight of the Fight award winner.

They're going to put on a show for us. They'll get the credit for it too.
