Week 9 Waiver Wire: Dolphins QB Matt Moore and Others You Must Avoid Adding
You should avoid adding these names on the Week 9 fantasy football waiver wire:
QB Matt Moore, Dolphins
His rushing touchdown in the first quarter salvaged what was a poor performance overall for Moore against the Giants. But with that score, Moore went for over 10 fantasy points for the second straight week. Not to say that 10 fantasy points for a quarterback is any good, but it might tempt an owner or two to look into him. If you're one of them, stick with whatever option you have now.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
RB Keiland Williams, Lions
Williams got 12 touches (11 carries, one reception) against the Broncos on Sunday, but that may end up being his top total of the season. The Lions got up big and could afford to give the ball that many times to Williams, who currently sits as the No. 2 back. Maurice Morris is still the better option here, and Jahvid Best may yet return.
RB Lance Ball, Broncos
Ball had six carries for the second straight game on Sunday, and he actually finished with a respectable 66 yards. Don't get sucked into this one, however. Ball won't see many carries once Willis McGahee returns. He's not worth a roster spot.
WR Emmanuel Sanders, Steelers
Sanders has 10 catches with a score in his past two games, but he's still the No. 4 receiver on the Steelers depth chart. That in itself represents a big fantasy risk. You'll just never know what you're getting on a week-to-week basis. With Hines Ward set to come back, I'd stay away from Sanders.
WR Josh Cribbs, Browns
Cribbs caught his second touchdown pass of the season on Sunday, but he's been consistently average all season. Cribbs has yet to go over five catches or 60 yards receiving in 2011. Maybe in a better offense he'd be an option, but not Cleveland's.
WR Laurent Robinson, Cowboys
Sunday's 113-yard performance against the Eagles was actually the second time this season Robinson has been over the century mark. In between the two big games, however, has been a bunch of average showings. If you really need receiver help, Robinson could be an option. But you have to be pretty desperate before Robinson is the man you look for on the waiver wire.
