Denver Broncos: Why Tim Tebow Is Overrated
The Broncos' experiment with Tim Tebow leading the offense is clearly not working. While Tebow did lead the Broncos to a comeback victory last week, it should not be overlooked that he played awful football for the first three-and-a-half quarters.
Tebow is having a terrible game against the Lions with a very poor completion percentage. While Tim does bring an added element of running to the table, defenses can key in on stopping the run since Tebow has not shown he can beat them with the pass.
Coming out of college there was a ton of questions about Tebow's mechanics. While there were issues that he fixed, it was often overlooked he wasn't an accurate QB. Tebow's accuracy is something that won't be completely fixed by new mechanics.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Tim just doesn't have the natural accuracy to his throws, and I don't see how it will ever change.
Tebow is also too willing to run. It seems as if his first read isn't open, he starts to get "happy feet" and run the ball. While this occasionally leads to big gains, the lack of a passing threat limits the effectiveness of the offense.
While Tim was fast enough to run by college linebackers, NFL linebackers have the speed to neutralize Tebow's running ability.
The Tim Tebow experiment needs to end. Tebow is not, and will not be, a good QB in the NFL.
