TNA: 7 Reasons Maryse Should Come to Impact Wrestling

OMG! Maryse has been given her walking papers by the WWE.

What has the world come to? The blond beauty is now a free agent.

And maybe in need of a hug (I am offering one if she will come to Florida).

In a statement on WWE.com, the release is effective today.

WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Raw Diva Maryse as of today, Oct. 28, 2011. WWE wishes Maryse the best in all of her future endeavors.

Sounds a little odd to me, but in the wrestling business, life goes on.

So, what is next for the hottest free agent this side of Jennifer Aniston?

I am sure the TNA fans on this site as well as myself and others in the IWC would love to see her on Thursday nights in Central Florida.

And if Maryse is on the fence about whether to join Impact Wrestling, here are seven good reasons why she should take a trip down south to warmer weather.

7. She Can Join Forces with Gail Kim and Madison Rayne

Oh, a new version of "The Beautiful People" just popped into my mind.

And with Karen Jarrett, the egos in the circle will almost burst.

But it could be done.

6. She Could Finally Learn to Wrestle

Seeing her move around in the ring and actually showing off wrestling holds?

Who knew it could be done?

She could be athletic and beautiful and a threat to a title.

5. She Immediately Becomes TNA's Version of Sable

Not a bad thought.

And I am sure it has come across the minds of many fans before.

4. She Could Be a Manager

I could see her next to Austin Aries and lead him to the ring.

Aries needs more air time, and Maryse would definitely give him that.

3. She Could Split Time with Christy Hemme as an Announcer

If she does not wrestle and does not manage, then hearing that accent announce wrestlers to the ring would be worth the price of admission.

I'm just saying.

2. She Would Look Good on the Arm of Garrett Bischoff

No, wait a minute. We have gone down this road before.

But seeing Maryse on the arm of any of the young wrestlers makes them an instant star.

If TNA is going to push the Bischoff/Bischoff angle, make it meaningful.

1. Maryse Means Ratings

Let's just be honest: sex sells.

Maryse would definitely upgrade the talent pool on the TNA roster.

And when she walks out of the back and down the ramp, everyone watches.

It does not mean men and women will stop watching WWE to watch her. But it may mean people will tune into TNA to watch her in addition to fans' love for WWE.
