The Cleveland Browns come into the game with a 3-3 record. They boast the fourth-ranked total defense in the league along with the No. 1 passing defense.
The San Francisco 49ers have taken the league by storm under head coach Jim Harbaugh. Their 5-1 record is attributed mostly to a defense that is allowing just 16.2 points per game.

What's At Stake?
It may be too early to say that a team is playing for their season, but the Cleveland Browns may be doing just that.
Despite sitting at a 3-3 record, the Browns are still the last place team in the AFC North. Being in one of the toughest divisions in football, they need a win to stay alive.
The San Francisco 49ers are still competing to be considered an elite team this year. There are many doubters, even though the team is just a three-point overtime loss away from being undefeated.
A win will keep them on track for the playoffs in a weak division.

Fantasy Start 'Em, Sit' Em and Sleeper
Start: Frank Gore, RB (San Francisco)
Don't let the Cleveland Browns fourth-ranked defense scare you away from starting Gore.
The running back is on a tear as of late. He started the season slow in his first three games. In his last three he has rushed for 127 yards, 125 yards, 141 yards and three touchdowns.
The Browns defense has been relying primarily on stopping the pass. They have still given up yards on the ground.
Gore will find a way to put together another 100-yard performance.
Sit: Montario Hardesty, RB (Cleveland)
All week the experts have been talking about Montario Hardesty as a sleeper pick-up for this weeks match-up.
I really can't figure out why. Sure, Hardesty is going to get the majority of the carries, but that doesn't mean that he will do anything impressive.
With the carries he has received, Hardesty is only averaging 3.3 yards per carry.
The 49ers boast the second-best run defense in the NFL. Leave Hardesty on the bench, or better yet, on the waiver wire this week.
Sleeper: Greg Little, WR (Cleveland)
Greg Little is now the primary receiver in Cleveland. Last week he struggled against the Seahawks, but so did the entire offense.
Look for the Browns to get things back on track through the air this week.
The 49ers may not allow many points, but they have given up quite a few yards in the air this season.
Little may not even finish the game with a touchdown, but if you are in need of a flex option he could bring in six or seven catches for around 70 yards.
Keys to Cleveland Win:
If Cleveland is going to pull off an upset they are going to need Colt McCoy to have one of the better games in his young career.
If there has been any weakness in the 49ers defense it's in the secondary.
The main key will be turnovers. The Browns can't afford to give the ball to the 49ers even once on turnovers. It's going to be a low-scoring game. They need to make as few mistakes as possible.
Keys to San Francisco Win:
San Francisco just needs to stay on course with what they have done all season.
If they play their typical style of defense and feed the ball to Gore, they should be in good hands to walk away with a victory.
Jim Harbaugh has this team performing as one of the most disciplined in the league. That will be the difference in this one.
Prediction: 24-10, San Francisco 49ers
The San Francisco 49ers will keep their fantastic start to the season going with a clean win over the Browns.
The offense won't have to do too much in this one since the defense is likely to hold this Browns' offense in check.
Turnovers and Frank Gore will be the two big keys in this outcome.
