Week 8 Start Em Sit Em: Peyton Hillis and Banged Up RBs You Must Bench
The word "questionable" borders on evil for fantasy owners. Doubtful, we know that looking elsewhere is a good idea. Probable, we have some reason for hope. But questionable just does us no good.
Well, it does us no good when guessing as to whether the player in question will play. Still, we can read a little bit into those injury reports to try and figure out what to do.
Even though running back is not a position with a lot of reliable depth, these are guys to leave on the bench.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Peyton Hillis
For one, it doesn't seem likely that Hillis will play. If he does, he'll be banged up and going against one of the best run defenses in the NFL.
I don't know what you think or how much you like Hillis, but this is what I like to call a bad matchup. Find other options at the running back position.
If Hillis plays, you won't be able to bank on him for more than a couple of points at the most.
Very similar logic applies to Beanie Wells. He's going across the country and taking on one of the best run defenses in the league.
It's also unlikely that he'll even play. But if he does, you just can't expect much from him. I don't think that the Cardinals will score many points in this one. What they do score will have little or nothing to do with Wells.
Daniel Thomas
Thomas was an early-season trendy sleeper, but he has gone dramatically downhill. With the possible exception of Brandon Marshall, Miami's offense just doesn't have a single player worthy of making it onto your fantasy team.
Thomas will struggle to get to 50 yards, and may fall well short of that. So, you will need him to score to make playing him worth your while. I don't like those chances. Thomas needs to prove a lot more before he's worthy of being on your fantasy team.
On top of that, Miami will likely be playing from behind and passing the ball. That applies not only this week, but to the rest of the season.
