Week 8 Fantasy Football Projections: Daniel Thomas and Fantasy Failures
Many articles out there will tell you who to start, why to start them and how great their games are going to be. Everyone knows that players like Calvin Johnson, Ben Roethlisberger and Ray Rice will have huge days.
However, which football players will have horrible days?
Here are three players that you must stay away from. If you do not—and if you start these players—the end result will be that you will lose your fantasy game.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
As we approach the second half of the NFL season, you cannot afford a loss right now.
Daniel Thomas, RB Miami Dolphins
Thomas is only played in leagues that are either very deep or by owners that need someone because of a bye week, because of a crushing injury or because of drafting Titans RB Chris Johnson.
Of course, everyone that drafted Johnson have instead got a big flaming pile of garbage.
Sorry for the rant.
Thomas has done little to nothing since the Dolphins' bye week, despite being their starting running back.
With less than 20 touches in his two games, Thomas hasn’t received the carries that his owners thought he would. What's more, he's failed to gain over 60 yards or find the end zone in those two contests.
Sit Thomas, drop Thomas, do whatever you can to rid yourself of him.
Tim Tebow, QB Denver Broncos
If the Broncos didn't have that huge come-from-behind win last week, Tebow would have had a horrible fantasy day. He would have netted his owners somewhere around five to 10 points.
However, because he was playing the Dolphins, he found a way to score 20 points and have a great day.
This week, he is playing the Detroit Lions. Against Jim Schwartz and company, he will not be able to have his “Tebow Magic” carry him to a good fantasy day.
The Lions will make Tebow run a lot, which will force him into a lot of turnovers from his already bad passes.
Miles Austin, WR Dallas Cowboys
Austin has had only two good games this year. He has been hurt for a good chunk of the season, but has still been overshadowed by fellow WR Dez Bryant in the games in which he was healthy.
This week, against the Eagles, Austin will see a lot of the Eagles’ Nnamdi Asomugha, who will shut him down.
Look for a replacement. The Cowboys will throw to Bryant and Jason Witten while trying to expose the poor Eagles run defense.
These are three players that hopefully are not on your team. If they are, you still have time to do damage control by finding new players to fill in for these fantasy failures.
