Week 8 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Chris Johnson and Star Players You Must Bench
Starting the best possible fantasy football lineup is the most important part of managing your team, and even though it's tough to do, benching star players must be done when needed.
One of the worst mistakes you can make is being too loyal to a player you drafted high in your fantasy draft.
Don't rely on players who have consistently underperformed. Let's look at three star players who must be benched in Week 8 of the NFL season.

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
1) Chris Johnson
Chris Johnson was benched by his own team on Sunday, and that means he is an automatic bench on your fantasy team this week.
Johnson has not been the explosive back who is capable of racking up 2,000 total yards thus far, and is scoring very few touchdowns.
There is no reason to play him this week.
2) Reggie Wayne
Without All-Pro quarterback Peyton Manning throwing him the ball, Indianapolis Colts' Reggie Wayne has been a fantasy bust this season, and he should not be started on your team this week.
He has just 30 catches for 406 yards and one touchdown this season, and hasn't been able to put up 100 yards receiving in a game since the opening week of the season.
Avoid Wayne at all costs this week.
3) Kevin Kolb
Kevin Kolb has had a decent season but his Arizona Cardinals are 1-6 and if not for the winless St. Louis Rams they would be in last place in the NFC West division.
Kolb has just seven touchdown passes this season, and has also thrown seven interceptions.
Against the talented Baltimore Ravens defense this week, Kolb will struggle mightily, and should not be started on your fantasy team.
