NFL Picks Week 8: Chiefs, Broncos and Home Underdogs Destined to Shock
There are only a few home teams that come into their Sunday or Monday matchups as underdogs in the NFL.
Winning on the road is always tough regardless of the quality of the opposition.
In Week 8, several home teams are underdogs, but here are three that are more than capable of pulling of a shocker.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Denver Broncos
The Broncos found new life last week in Miami and now take a winning streak into their Week 8 matchup against the Detroit Lions, who are also streaking, but in the opposite direction, having lost two straight.
The line favors Detroit on the road, even though Mile High has proven time and again a difficult place to play.
With Matthew Stafford limping around and Tebow energizing the home crowd, look for a shock in Denver on Sunday.
Pittsburgh Steelers
Sure, Tom Brady is good, but is he good enough to go into Pittsburgh and stone the Steelers for the second consecutive season despite having a less-than-stellar defense?
The Steelers have won three straight and are clicking on all cylinders heading into Week 8. The Pittsburgh D is fast improving, while the Pats' secondary is still extremely suspect.
The line suggests New England moves to 6-1, but I say otherwise.
Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs have won three straight games after starting out 2011 0-3.
The Chargers are coming off a loss to the Jets in which they looked totally inept in the second half, and the matchup at Kansas City will have Philip Rivers under pressure to perform within the division.
The home team is the underdog, and it's tough to imagine why considering they stomped the Raiders on the road last week, 28-0.
For San Diego, it's a matter of what have you done for me lately.
