WWE News: Wrestling Legend Barry Windham Suffers Heart Attack
PWinsider.com is reporting that Barry Windham was rushed to a hospital yesterday after suffering a heart attack. No more information has been provided at this time on his condition.
This is the second former WWE employee to suffer a health problem in as many days. Patrice O'Neal, once a writer for WWE, suffered a stroke on the day before yesterday.
This is another bit of sad news for the wrestling world. Barry Windham is a beloved legend in the business.

Growing up in the 80s and 90s, I remember Windham well. My first memories of Windham were him teaming with Dustin Rhodes and Brian Pillman at different times in WCW.
His last stint with WWE was as the partner of Justin "Hawk" Bradshaw (later JBL) in a team called The New Blackjacks. Windham soon left the WWE for one more run with WCW before going into semi-retirement.
Windham is one of those wrestlers who is always credited as one of the best in the ring, but never held the world title in WCW or WWE. He is a one-time NWA world champion.
It's really a sad thing to hear that a man who is only 51 may be fighting for his life. My own father had a heart attack less than a month ago, so I understand the hardships the family is going through.
I would like to send my well wishes to Barry Windham and his family. I hope your road to recovery is easy and you live a long and healthy life.
