NFL Power Rankings: Which Teams Are Flying under the Radar?

With elite teams like the Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots and teams in disarray like the Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins and St. Louis Rams, it's easy to forget about the teams flying under the radar. 

Don't sleep on these teams, they have gotten off to good starts and have what it takes to make a legitimate run at a postseason spot...

Cincinnati Bengals

Just like the rest of the teams in the AFC North, the Bengals are playing incredible defense right now. They're ranked fifth against the pass and the run, allowing 189 yards through the air and 89 yards on the ground per game. 

Mike Zimmer is a defensive mastermind. 

Rookies Andy Dalton and A.J. Green are playing well beyond their years and Cedric Benson is anchoring the running game. 

If they can get past the Seahawks without their feature back this week, they'll be a tough out in the AFC North as we get into November. 

Buffalo Bills

The bye week allowed the Bills to get healthier, with left tackle Demetrius Bell possibly returning as early as next week against the Jets. 

They have the offense and the running back to play with anyone but need to show more on defense. 

Fred Jackson is as important to the Bills as Matt Forte is to the Bears.

With games against the Redskins, Broncos and two against the Dolphins on the schedule, the Bills should be in the thick of the AFC playoff hunt in the final few weeks of the season. 

Kansas City Chiefs

A month ago, the Chiefs looked to be the front-runner in the Andrew Luck sweepstakes. 

Now they're in a fairly good position in the AFC West. 

They're fresh off a shutout victory in Oakland and the Chargers have displayed an inability to close games in the second half this season. 

Philip Rivers isn't putting up MVP-type numbers. 

Their secondary is playing lights out and the offense is doing enough for KC to win games. 

A true dark-horse.
