Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Peterson exploded for 175 yards against the Packers last week. With Christian Ponder under center, he should remain the focal point of the offense, especially against a Carolina Panthers defense that's allowing nearly 134 yards on the ground per game.
I don't understand why he wasn't receiving between 22 and 27 carries in each game in the first place. However, the coaching staff should now really feature their star runner.
This game could be a shootout and Peterson represents the Vikings' best chance to hit a big play.
Fred Jackson
This all-purpose runner has been the backbone of the Bills offense this season. He may not get a considerable amount of carries compared to other top running backs, but he'll get close to 30 touches in each game. Without doubt, Jackson is an integral part of the passing game for Chan Gailey and Ryan Fitzpatrick.
He is a terror in the screen game and isn't getting any carries taken away by C.J. Spiller.
He'll have a huge day when the NFL hosts a feature game in Toronto against a Redskins run defense that's allowing 117 yards per game.
Ray Rice
Do you think Ray Rice will get more than eight carries against the Cardinals this week?
I do.
The Cardinals secondary is certainly their defense's weak link. However, after watching Joe Flacco and the inept Ravens passing attack, Baltimore's Pro-Bowl runner will have the ball in his hands often and it will lead to a big day.
