Week 8 Waiver Wire: Braylon Edwards and More WRs You Must Claim
With the Packers and their seemingly never ending group of receivers on a bye week this week, we need to take a look at some receivers on the waiver wire.
In addition to the Packers, five other teams are on a bye. It's weeks like this that make fantasy owners everywhere hope that they can survive.
As far as the receiver position goes, here are some guys that can help you do that.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Edwards is returning from an early-season injury. Actually, on that note, keep an eye on his status through the week to be sure he's definitely going to play. Right now, it's looking good.
The 49ers struggle at times getting the ball into the end zone. Yes, they are 5-1, but still settle for too many field goals.
Edwards can bring a great change to that. He's a big receiver, custom built for fade routes. Michael Crabtree is good, but he's still yet to find the end zone this season. There's really nothing to suggest that Edwards will have anyone taking any passes from him.
Jerome Simpson
Simpson is coming off a 100-yard performance in his last game. While the Seahawks did a good job containing the Browns in that 6-3 shootout that we saw on Sunday, they have had a hard time defending the pass this season.
Simpson is certainly worth a pickup. Unless you have a lot of depth in your receiving corps, he's also worth a start.
Antonio Brown
Granted, Brown has been a little up and down this year. His Week 7 performance against the Cardinals was really strong.
The Patriots still have a hard time defending the pass. Their best defense is based on clutch plays, not overall dominance. Those kind of things hurt quarterbacks, but not receivers.
Ben Roethlisberger seems to be clicking more and more as the season progresses. Brown is certainly a gamble, but he's worth it.
