NFL Week 8 Picks: Which Teams Face Longest Odds in Week 8?
It's only Tuesday, but these five matchups in Week 8 of the NFL season look like sure bets:
Arizona Cardinals (1-5) at Baltimore Ravens (5-2)
Yes, I'm aware that the Ravens just laid an egg against the Jaguars on Monday Night Football. But don't forget what happened the last time Baltimore followed up a disappointing performance. After getting blown out by the Titans, the Ravens went on the road in St. Louis and put a beatdown on the lowly Rams. The offense obviously needs to play better, but the Cardinals should be big underdogs on Sunday.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Miami Dolphins (0-6) at New York Giants (4-2)
Could this be Tony Sparano's last game as the Dolphins head coach? He's the definition of a lameduck coach, and it's only a matter of time before Miami relieves him of his duties. The Giants could have a big say in that on Sunday. The Giants are coming off a bye and should be getting healthy on defense. Matt Moore has his work cut out for him.
New Orleans Saints (5-2) at St. Louis Rams (0-6)
I think we all saw what the Saints offense can do to a team that's fallen off the radar. Sixty-two to seven might not happen again, but New Orleans should be able to score at will on the Rams' defense. They'll be right at home in the indoor conditions of the Edwards Jones Dome, too. Sam Bradford returns for the Rams, but they'll be no match for Drew Brees and the Saints.
Indianapolis Colts (0-7) at Tennessee Titans (3-3)
Maybe a 62-7 loss will light a fire under the Colts, but there's been nothing to suggest that the Colts can steal a win from anyone at this point. Tennessee also got blown out over the weekend, as the Texans went off for 42 on the Titans. Still, the Titans should be favorites over a Colts team that doesn't look capable of winning more than one or two games in 2011.
Detroit Lions (5-2) at Denver Broncos (2-4)
The talk in this game will be all about Tim Tebow and the Broncos, but the Lions are a far cry from the winless Miami Dolphins. And don't you think the Lions' defensive line is salivating right now watching film of the Broncos' offensive line? Tebow was hit and sacked over and over against Miami. Tebow is making his first home start of the 2011 season, but don't be surprised if the Lions are convincing favorites on the road this weekend.
