NFL Week 8 Picks: Rams, Dolphins and Colts Headed into Another Round of Failure
It's going to happen at some point. One of the three worst teams in the NFL is going to deliver a shocking win. It just won't be this weekend.
Once again the failures of football will suit up for what will prove to be a fool's errand. If you were hoping for Week 8 to save your winless team from the lowliest of lows, you will have to go ahead and keep on hoping.
I have seen enough from the first several weeks of play to make a gross assumption. The level of play seen this past Sunday was the tipping point, as I place the Rams, Dolphins and Colts into the land of losers headed into Sunday.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
They always say better days are ahead. This cynic doesn't think so, as a victory just isn't in the cards for the triumvirate of hopeless endeavors.
1. St. Louis Rams
The Rams get the New Orleans Saints in Week 8. That should be enough for you to clear any hope you might have for a shocking upset. The Saints just destroyed the Colts on national TV with a marvelous offense.
The Rams don't have any sort of weapon on offense that can keep pace with the gaudy numbers Drew Brees and company will put up. The Rams may once again be without a hobbled Sam Bradford. There is nothing but gloom and doom headed the Rams' way.
If you are looking for a team that has literally given up on any chance of winning, you can't do better than the Miami Dolphins. I guess, as it were, you couldn't do worse.
The New York Giants will be refreshed after a bye week, and the Dolphins will still be horrible. I saw nothing from the Dolphins loss to the Broncos that would have me believe they will magically figure things out against a playoff contender.
Here we have our best chance at a win from any of the three this week and it's a slim one. The Colts take on a Titans team that is themselves on the wrong side of momentum.
However, I can't get over the disturbing images of the Saints folding the Colts down and simply going to work on them. Indy had no answer on either side of the ball and looked like anything but an NFL team.
If Chris Johnson is ever going to break out of his horrid season, this would be it. I still take the Titans in what should be a very ugly affair.
