NFL Power Rankings: Which Teams Look Simply Unstoppable?
With the way offenses are operating this season in the NFL, some teams do simply seem unstoppable at this juncture.
Actually, a few of the top-tier clubs are making huge strides with stout defensive play.
Let's start with the lone unbeaten team...

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Green Bay Packers
I wouldn't say that the Packers are totally dominating their opponents because their defense is allowing a ton of yardage and has blown too many coverages leading to open receivers.
But they have this guy Aaron Rodgers, who's setting a new standard for quarterbacks.
He has had a quarterback rating of over 110 in each of his team's seven games this season. There isn't a throw he can't make, and sometimes, he throws receivers open.
Because of this, I don't see how you stop Green Bay.
Even if they do fall behind, Rodgers and the Packers can score faster than anyone, and it's not like you can zone in on one receiver.
The reigning Super Bowl MVP found nine different receivers against the Vikings on Sunday.
Oh, and they ran 26 times for 114 yards.
San Francisco 49ers
They're sitting pretty with a three game lead in the NFC West and have gotten there very differently than the Packers.
San Francisco is allowing slightly less than 75 yards on the ground per game and are really getting after the opposing quarterback (17 sacks this season).
Frank Gore and Kendall Hunter have spearheaded the sixth best rushing attack in the league.
Defense and running the football, in today's NFL?
Baltimore Ravens
We'll see how they fare against an inferior Jaguars team this week, but through five games, they've arguably been the most dominating team in the AFC.
Haloti Ngata is getting a consistent push into the backfield, and we've seen typical performances each week from Terrell Suggs and Ray Lewis.
Joe Flacco has had some rough outings, but he's been able to rely on Ray Rice and an occasional big play from rookie Torrey Smith.
This veteran defense is the most intimidating in the league once again.
