WWE Rumor: Shawn Michaels and DX Returning to WWE TV Soon?

Yes, Kevin Nash returned to WWE last night at WWE Vengeance.

Now, it may be time for even more fun from the "40 and over" crowd...

According to this source, Shawn Michaels may be returning to WWE TV. Not only that, but it may involve Triple H and D-Generation X!

The report also notes that new DX merchandise is also on its way!

My thoughts on yet another possible DX appearance?

I am fine with it, not too excited, but I can live with it. Of course, it will somehow involve Kevin Nash, as they are all old pals (watch HBK being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame).

I have stated many times that Shawn Michaels is done wrestling. I know you "never say never," but I don't like fantasy booking—so he is done.

He will never wrestle another match. This begs the question: what is he going to do, then?

Well, he could come out and super kick someone randomly like he did to Alberto Del Rio many months ago. He could just cut a fun promo with Triple H. He could also become the Raw General Manager for all I care...remember Johnny Ace is just temporarily in charge.

All these options don't change the fact that DX returning to WWE means higher TV ratings, more merchandise sold, louder crowd reactions and a very interesting television segment.

Maybe it is something as small as a segment with Bret Hart to promote their new WWE DVD coming out this week? Perhaps an announcement on where WrestleMania 29 will be in 2013? Maybe X-Pac, Road Dogg and Billy Gunn are hanging around backstage? Who knows?
