Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Tebow's Broncos were shut out through the first three quarters, but the former Florida star worked his magic again. He threw touchdown passes to Thomas and Daniel Fells and ran in a two-point conversation to send the game to overtime.
And when Matt Prater's game-winning field goal split the uprights, Tebow was overcome with joy. He's a passionate player that has brought a different dynamic to the league with his legion of followers.
He had a similar incident in college when safety Tony Joiner gave him a kiss on the sidelines during a game against Tennessee. If you saw a quarterback like Peyton Manning or Michael Vick do it, most people would consider it weird.
But not with the Broncos' new starter. That's just Tebow being Tebow.
There is just something special about him. Even though he doesn't have a prototypical throwing motion and he'll never be able to direct an offense like Tom Brady, he's found a way to win games at every level of football and did it again on Sunday.
He's obviously earning respect from his teammates, and the fans have been on his side from the moment he was drafted. He'll never be able to silence the doubters, but as long as the locker room is comfortable with him, the Broncos should be fine.
And judging by the video, Thomas has welcomed the Tebow era with open arms.
