Miami Dolphins The Team To Watch In The AFC?

Roberto Alvarez-GallosoDec 9, 2008

The city of Toronto, Ontario, on Dec. 7, 2008 was the scene of a historical moment. The Miami Dolphins swept away the Buffalo Bills for the first time since 2003. They also have won the sixth time within the last seven games.

The Miami Dolphins have improved their standing from 2007 by winning eight games and losing five of them. What has also transpired is the possibility that they can enter the playoffs in what has been a crowded AFC East Classification. Is there the possibility of a victory in the next three games?

I believe that the Dolphins have found a winning formula and that the playoffs and maybe a Super Bowl Championship may be a possibility. They deserve it after so many years of being in the NFL Wilderness.

Everything depends on the next three games that are in the Fins' watch. The next teams that Miami will face are San Francisco, Kansas City, and New York.

The San Francisco 49ers have five victories and eight defeats. While they have defeated the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills, they have lost to teams such as Arizona, New England, New York Giants, and Philadelphia. While 49ers could be an easy target for the Miami Dolphins, it would be a mistake to underestimate them.

The Fins have to take their playing level and maintain it with trick shots as well as a consistent defense and offense. They should be looking forward instead of back. It would be interesting to see what will transpire but the Dolphins should stick with a winning script.

In the future, I will be writing about what will happen in the last two games against Kansas City and New York but there was a need to concentrate on the game that finished and the game that will occur on December 14, 2008.
